If you are a new patient to our office, the attached file contains our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. Delio Orthodontics is simply the best. The staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating. The office is very clean and nicely decorated. My daughter looks forward to her appointments and she enjoys visiting with the staff. From the beginning of her treatment, we have been treated so well. After an initial exam, Dr. Delio took the time to call me on a day the office was closed to discuss again in depth the treatment plan for my daughter, as I was nervous about starting her treatment so young. He spent over an hour helping me understand things and reassuring me it would be ok. The results we are seeing in her smile are fantastic!
